Why these rules matter.

Storage rules protect the service, the pickup process, and other stored items.

  • Food and perishables can attract pests or create odors
  • Hazardous materials can create safety risks
  • Sensitive records may require compliance handling Crateify does not provide
  • Wet, moldy, or pest-affected items can damage storage areas

Pickup refusal rights.

If an item is unsafe, prohibited, not clean and dry, or different from what was described, Crateify may decline it at pickup.

  • Ask before pickup if you are unsure
  • Mention bulky, fragile, or unusual items in your notes
  • Keep prohibited items separate from approved storage items
  • Final item acceptance is confirmed before or during pickup
