How does pickup work?

Submit your ZIP, contact details, and what you want stored. We confirm pickup options before scheduling.

Do I need to pack everything myself?

Loose items should be packed into closed totes or boxes when possible. Bulky or unusual items should be described before pickup.

Do you provide totes?

Crateify is designed around reusable totes and eligible items. Tote availability and item handling can be confirmed before scheduling.

What should I prepare before pickup?

Keep items clean, dry, accessible, and separated from anything prohibited or not intended for storage.

Storage

What can I store?

Everyday household overflow, boxed items, eligible business supplies, seasonal items, and approved bulky items.

Can I store furniture?

Some furniture or bulky items may be possible, but they require approval and may need custom handling or pricing.

How do you track items?

Items can be photographed, labeled, and assigned recorded storage details for easier return delivery.

Returns

How quickly can I get items back?

Return timing depends on availability and routing. Submit a request and we confirm the return window before delivery.

Can I get one tote back?

Yes. The goal is to request only what you need instead of digging through a storage unit.

Pricing

Is there a minimum monthly plan?

Plans start with Starter at $89/mo for up to 4 totes.

Are pickup fees separate?

Pickup fees depend on the window: Saver Pickup, Standard Pickup, Priority Pickup, or Same-Day Express.

Do bulky items cost more?

Bulky or special-handling items may require a custom quote.

What if I am outside the core area?

Can businesses use Crateify?

Yes. Crateify can help with office supplies, event materials, retail backstock, contractor supplies, boxed files, and non-medical business supplies.

Can you store sensitive records?

Crateify is not intended for sensitive records that require special compliance handling.

Prohibited items

What can’t be stored?

Food, perishables, plants, animals, hazardous materials, illegal items, firearms, medication, medical waste, cash, jewelry, sensitive records, and items with pests, mold, or strong odors.
