How does pickup work?
Submit your ZIP, contact details, what you want stored, and your preferred timing. Crateify confirms pickup options before scheduling, then collects approved items from the confirmed address.
What can I store?
Crateify is designed for clean, dry household overflow and practical business items such as seasonal decor, moving boxes, kids gear, sports gear, office supplies, marketing materials, event supplies, boxed files, retail backstock, and approved bulky items.
What items can't be stored?
Food, perishables, plants, animals, hazardous materials, illegal items, firearms, medication, medical waste, cash, jewelry, sensitive records, pests, mold, and strong odors are prohibited.
How do returns work?
Request the tote or approved item you need. Crateify confirms return timing, locates the item from the storage record, and brings it back to the confirmed address.
Is this available in my area?
Crateify is focused on Bakersfield, CA. Core ZIPs are available now and some nearby Bakersfield ZIPs require exact address confirmation before scheduling.
How does pricing work?
Monthly plans are based on storage volume: Starter, Family, and Business. Pickup fees depend on the selected pickup window. Bulky items or custom business needs may require review.
